I, Willie Carl Cummings, ask This Federal Court of Jacksonville Florida to pardon plaintiff for

the indulges to using this platform for the public exposure to make known of This Judiciary

Criminal Enterprise, A Syndicate!

And not to see me as T he Plaintiff, but rather as An Umpire and a Watch Stander, calling a ball,

a ball, a strike, a strike! As a law-abiding citizen of these Divided United Snakes here in This

America, I am going way beyond my Call to Duty; My Civil and Civic Duty using this Federal

Judiciary Platform. My most humble apologies. It’s Note Worthy to bring this Culture Rot, to

The Visible Facts of Reality.

With my request for this change of venues, I am not asking for mercy, nor pity, nor “The Good

Luck Wishes” as so being offered. I am presenting this request as a Strong Man Standing alone,

No Not Stranded, in A Judiciary Syndicate Membership System, A National Cultural Rot,

Degenerate Generation running rapidly across this land.

Recently I received a call from plaintiff’s uncle who’s a retired Army Colonel that served 3 tours

in Vietnam, came up in the dark deep south, son of a sharecropper, The Jim Crow Era, From the

Pits of Segregation to Beyond Integration. Plaintiff’s uncle asked plaintiff, “When Was America

Ever Great?”

The Honorable Judge may question why I am doing this, the answer is so that I will not ever

regret not doing it!

In this so-called System of Justice is a Hypocrisy that makes it A Damn Crime Shame. It is bred

from The Fraternity, The Sorority, and Trade Associations. Somewhere and sometimes it is

called, Code Blue, as I am told here in The Jacksonville Basin;" they are all in it together: the

Judges, the Lawyers, the Hospitals, the Doctors, and the Insurance Companies."

As told by a member within this Syndicate Union, “We All know one another and meet at The

Court House. Whoever shows a willingness to help outside of the Union, won't have any

Friends.” The sad part is that this syndicate is found nationally. I posted a national media

marketing advertising campaign offering a million dollars reward in which I was seeking counsel

for representation on a $5,000,000 filed Legal Malpractice Claim. I did not get a response.

Then, I find myself asking, where is Justice? Is this an Insiders’ Joke. They are all a legal Den

of Bandits.

They are not just snickering at me but making A Sure Mockery of Justice. As it is within their

Arrogance, that they openly Publicly Front and Flaunt parading right down Main Street

highlighted on Broadway, as they openly in Their Mighty Attempt to Belittling Little Ole Me.

Another Phenix City, Alabama or Biloxi Mississippi?

To my Dearly Beloved Black Brothers, The Negro, in This Partnership High Privilege

Membership in that where we as A People fought So Long and So Hard for Justice and Equality

Mayors. City and County Commissioners one notices they are Benighted and Backwoods. Why

do we even have a US President, and US Vice President. Look at our cities, towns,

neighborhoods across this Country with unemployment, homelessness, crime, and dysfunctional

families. I pose a question: Where Are We Headed?

be found. Yet. but You will appoint a Career Criminal Free Representation! What Such

Hypocrites? My hired attorney Stabbed Me. Where? IN MY FING BACK! In A Conspiracy, A

Plot, Premeditated, that was Well Engineered and Manufactured to Produce A No Valued Claim

Case, this is a Travesty of Justice!

Several years ago, while I was at my formal employment, a claim went forth to the Union

Arbitration Board. The claim came back with "All the rest of them signed it, he should have

signed it too!” This must be a Jacksonville thing. Are we to Roll Over and Go with the Flow?
